Baylor Sutherland '23 Recruiting Profile

Goals! I have been striving and achieving them since I was four years old. The pitch is just one

area in my life in which it feels natural to me. With this, I have always wanted more. I became

self-motivated to improve my skills to play with the best and have created a strong work ethic

so I can go to a higher level of play.

I have a wide range of experience. In my younger years I played throughout the

backline, center back to outside wingback so I create more attacks. From there I moved up to

winger to make sure my team can have good attacks from my crosses. Currently, I play the six

due to my experience in both defensive and offensive challenges.

I play for Blue Valley Southwest high school (5A) and we won both the EKL and State

this year for Kansas. As well, my main club is French Soccer Academie and we play and train

at a high level.  We also get exposed to an even higher level with this team, we have trained in France with the  FC Lorient club . With this

exposure I am planning on training with the Hidalgo Academie in the upcoming year.

With this mindset on the pitch I have continued it to the classroom where I aim and

achieve a high GPA. I also attend a church youth group and have owned a lawn mowing

business since I was 13 years old.

I am highly motivated and very coachable. I am looking for a soccer program and

school that has as much drive as I do and I want to achieve more GOALS!
