Hello, my name is Pedro, I'm someone who is very ambitious and always want to learn so I can grow. I'm always asking my coaches "what can I do better?" "What do I need to work on?" I'm someone who is a great team player and I consider my dribbling and passing my specialty. I'm able to always create many chances, get many assists and score some goals. The reason I got into soccer was because of Lionel Messi, I remember when I was younger my father showing me highlights of Messi and how he was so magical on and off the ball and ever since then, I was inspired to play soccer and his highlights helped me see why soccer is known as "The Beautiful Game."
Something that soccer helped me realize about myself is competitiveness. I get competitive with many things now because of how competitive I am, I'm even competitive with things that aren't supposed to be a competition. I've been dealing with poor mental health, and I know I am a great player, but that is the main thing holding me back from reaching the next level. I am working hard to improve it and to improve aspects of my game that do need a little fixing because I'm not perfect. No one is. But believe when I say I am a very hard-working and kind kid who hates to give up, and I think I would be a great addition to college soccer.
