My name is Jorge A. Perez and I am a 18 year old 5'11”, 148 lbs center attacking midfielder/center defensive mid/center mid/ outside back. I am a native from Puerto Rico but currently living in New Orleans, Louisiana, graduated from Isidore Newman School in 2020 winning the LHSAA Div IV state championship with Isidore Newman Varsity soccer team . Attending now George Washington University. I have been playing soccer since I was 4 years old and I have 13 years of Club Soccer experience including International experience. I have trained and played in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Spain, Canada, Peru & the U.S. while my father was an expat engineer working on different assignment locations over the years. I have trained and played at these mentioned locations for coaches from Mexico, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Cuba, Colombia, Peru, England, Canada & the U.S. I have been blessed to have trained and played at different locations and with different coaches and have been exposed over my soccer formation years to multiple different soccer styles including South American & European soccer skills development. In High School Soccer, In club soccer I played with the Louisiana Fire Juniors 02 Red team in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Fire Juniors are the official youth soccer club of the Chicago Fire. Living abroad has taught me many lessons and has encouraged me to be independent, responsible, determined, and above all, appreciative of the people and the community around me. My goal is to play at the collegiate level and through my passion for soccer continue my undergraduate education in Psychology
