Thomas Blake '12 Recruiting Profile

I am a versatile, easygoing, and determined athlete, which has brought me success in baseball, and basketball and especially soccer. I spent most of my life in suburban Philadelphia, starting soccer as a five-year old. My training includes community teams, travel teams, and all middle school teams. We moved to Hagerstown, MD, my freshman year, and I made the Varsity team and have been a starter since my freshman year at St. Maria Goretti High School. As a senior this year, at 6ft 2in, 190 lbs., This year on Varsity, I made captain for second year and was named to the  All County Team last year. I was named the Player to Watch list for Washington County. Also, I have been a two-year starter in JV Basketball and made Varsity Jr and Sr year. In my spare time, I work at a local food bank. I am looking for a college in a busy but not overly populated area. I want to play soccer each year, develop my leadership skills on and off the field, and excel athletically and academically.
