Zach Davis '20 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer since I was a little boy, and I have always had a passion for soccer.  I played forward for many years, and just a few years ago I switched to outside defender and midfielder at the recommendation of my coaches.  I am now move involved in the game, and I am able to help set the tone of the game, while still making the occasional run up the sideline for scoring opportunities.  I have always wanted to play soccer in college, but I have other aspirations as well.  I spent several years in the Boy Scout program and had the goal to earn the rank of Eagle scout.  It took several years of determination and hard work, but I was able to earn the rank of Eagle Scout when I was 15.  In addition to soccer, I also run track in high school to maintain endurance and speed.  I plan to get a degree in Business and work for the US Government as a cost or financial analyst.  Although playing soccer in college is a dream, getting a college degree is my future.  I want to attend a school that allows me the opportunity fulfill both of those goals.
