At the age of 10, I was told by a coach, "soccer will knock you down, but it is how you get back up that determines who you are as a player and person." I took his words to heart and applied them to my life both on and off the field. Between being the starting Goalkeeper for the Boston Bolts MLS Next U16 team as a U15, to playing Varsity Soccer at Milton Academy as the only 2009 Freshman, to receiving trials and offers from MLS Next Academies (Houston Dynamo FC and NY Red Bulls), to being part of the USYNT pool, I have an abundance of exposure across a multitude of playing platforms. This, coupled with my determination and drive, enables me to adapt to new environments while maintaining excellent standards. These experiences have taught me to always get up stronger than before.
In addition to my time on the field, I have maintained top grades in every class and am bilingual (English and French). I participate in soccer volunteer clinics around the world, and I am part of a non-profit organization that assists student athletes in Ghana and Senegal gain access to soccer and education in the USA. All of this sets my apart from other Goalkeepers.
Playing for a Division I soccer program takes intensity, humility and teamwork. All of my growth on and off the field has prepared me to be successful in a Division I environment. I am always striving for more, not only for myself, but for those around me. I look forward to the opportunity to continue my soccer career at a top soccer program!
