I'm Bryce Verdusco, and I've been playing soccer ever since I was 3. I really love the sport, all the adrenaline rushing when you perform a clean slide tackle, to scoring from outside the 18. I'm usually in an attacking mid position, but I also play forward and defensive mid. When I began to love the sport, I would turn on the TV and see if there were any professional games on. After viewing some professional games, I said to myself and then to my parents that I wanted to get there someday. I looked up how I can become a professional soccer player, and it said I had to be pretty much drafted from the college I attend. The college would send in my stats for the pro teams to look at (kind of how this system works) and then they will reach out to me and see if I want to sign to a team. So what I am saying with this is that in order to start that climb to becoming a professional soccer player, I need to first start playing at the college level. I have been to a soccer camp at SVSU, and I plan on attending more camps to improve my skills. I look forward to whatever future experiences I am blessed to be presented with through my love of the game.
