My name is Colton Farwell. I just returned home after playing for 18 months as a defensive specialist in Spain, playing both left-back and right-back. This year I am signed to play with the Michigan Wolves MLS Next team. I possess a superior work ethic and a great attitude. I love being part of a positive team environment. Other than my family and my health, academics and education are my number one priority. I am looking for a university with a sports program that I can call my second home and that feels like family.

- Highlights of changed from March - October 2020 Body Composition 2.5 inches taller Gained 14.51 lbs Gained 8.82 lbs of muscle Gained 1.1 lbs of fat (expected more, this is a LEAN growth so he is good!) Power Vertical Jump: 19.4 to 22.1, MASSIVE 2.7 inch increase Broad Jump: 78.5 to 95.0, MASSIVE 16.5 inch increase Awesome numbers here! Massive improvements in power despite his growth. Speed 10 yard sprint: 1.74 to 1.67, solid improvement Pro Agility test: 4.94 to 4.78, VERY good improvement Strength Squat: Old Max: 180, New Max: 170 This was his only drop, definitely due to his lack of heavy squatting recently. I think he will shoot well above 180 after a few weeks of training and getting his body acclimated to heavy loads again. Bench: Old Max: 106.9, New Max: 116.5 Good gain despite not training heavy for a few months. Endurance 300 shuttle: 61.5 to 59.19
