Andrew Pitzner '23 Recruiting Profile

Work ethic is the defining quality of my character. I went from playing on a C2 team in u14 to the captain of my Premier 1 team and being a starter on my Semi-pro team: Granite City. I was the lead scorer on my high school team this year scoring 16 goals, and I went All-State for my class. Becoming a senior the fall, I'm searching for a college team to play for.

Besides a work ethic in soccer, I have sustained a 4.0 gpa on a 4.0 scale, and have taken numerous AP courses throughout my years of high school. I have worked a multitude of jobs including a Hy-Vee stocker for two years and as an I9 sports coordinator.

Leadership is a trait seen on and off the field. Besides being a captain for my club team, I was a junior captain of my high school team. I am affiliated with my student government at school as well. I am a very versatile player, contributing for my soccer teams as a center back,  striker, and center midfielder.

Soccer is a game I value with integrity and respect for those on my team, and the opposition.
