I don't remember a time before soccer. The sport has been my passion throughout life, even as I struggled to learn to speak and read. I was born with a severe hearing loss, making school a constant struggle and soccer my refuge. As I head into my junior year, soccer remains my passion and I have set a personal goal to raise my GPA to a 3.0 before I graduate. Through many surgeries and academic assistance I have worked hard to overcome my dyslexia, speech and language issues.
I know what it's like to work hard academically and on the field. I believe I have the skills and competitive drive to play on a college-level team. And, I can bring my strong work ethic and leadership to your program. I am looking for a college where I can use my math skills to excel academically, explore career opportunities and make a difference on the soccer field.
