Hello! My name is Jaymason but I go by Jayme. I am 15 years old and attend St. Paul Lutheran High School in Farmington, Missouri. I have played competitive soccer since I was about 6 years old. I have had the pleasure of playing for three separate clubs. I have been able to work with some outstanding coaches, that have guided me and given me the experience and confidence to be the player I am today. I am skilled at corner kicks and penalty kicks. I primarily play striker and attacking mid, however,
I have also gained experience as a defender which helped to keep our score advantage. I have also played goal keeper for 4 consecutive years until this year where I play striker due to my improved speed and accuracy. I’m a starter on Varsity as a freshmen. I am blessed to come by my skills naturally and by applying hard work and dedication.
My second oldest sister is a certified soccer referee so I grew up knowing what the rules are and how to play within those rules.
My first memory of kicking a ball was when I was 2 years old. I do not miss an opportunity to condition. I, also, play basketball in during the off season. I run track and cross country and I play baseball. My best mile and a half time, was 10 minutes but I improve every time I run. I come from a large family I am 1 of 5 brothers and I have 2 older sisters.
I was raised on a farm and I know the value of hard work. I plan to attend a University to major in engineering. My top 2 choices are Duke University in North Carolina or University of Colorado due to both of the universities possessing outstanding engineering programs but I’m open to any other Universities or colleges that would be a good choice for me. I am a good team player and look forward to becoming a teammate on this new venture through college.
