Joseph Schrader '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Joe Schrader. I am from Butte Montana and am part of the class of 2023. I am not only very passionate about the game of soccer but, I am also very focused on my work in the classroom. I have a cumulative GPA of 3.95 and have enrolled in many honors and AP classes.  My plan for college is to study to be a physical therapist. The position that I play is goalkeeper and I have been playing in the goal for many years. Some attributes of my game that stand out are my size( 6’5, 200lbs), my mobility at that size, and my touch on the ball. I am always looking to improve on my game and at everything that I do.  I love to learn new things and find ways to make myself a better person on and off the pitch.

I also play varsity football as a kicker, specializing in kickoffs. I balance both sports and practices well, and find they complement each other well  and still leave time for keeping up with academic work and time in the gym.
