My name is Jorge Farfan, from Grand Island, Nebraska. I am Mexican and Guatemalan and am fluent in Spanish. I will be a first-generation college student and hopefully the first college athlete in my family. I began playing soccer when I was in the 3rd grade and started playing competitive/academy soccer during the 6th grade. I am currently a left-wing for my club team, Heartland Futbol Club (HFC) Stars. I am passionate, dedicated, and a team player as an athlete. I always make sure to play my best to help my team on the field to perform at our best. I hope to continue my athletic career throughout college while attending a university that helps build me up as a player and a student.
