- Train 3 Days a week, an hour a week with my team. Train and additional hour after my training with my keeper coach for 2 of those 3 days. Train one day for an hour with an external keeper coach. The other three days I train alone for an hour to two hours a day, just recently began training an hour in the morning as well juggling the ball for an hour increasing the hours of my training each day by an additional hour.
