I feel that my main collegiate goal is to start a new chapter in experiencing life in its totality. I want to be able to expand my independence mentally, physically, emotionally, and psychologically. I aspire to explore my inner self by gaining knowledge and experiences in cultures, religions, and environments that I had not yet been exposed to. I had led previous teams into achieving rates and expectations set by managers and/or leaders by being reliable, confident, and always pushing myself to do better than previous games. If you were to ask coaches that I have had the privilege to work with I believe they would say that I am a combination of a team player, leader, humble, and supportive if and when the circumstances come up. I considered myself an approachable person, people tend to be drawn to me specially when it comes to advice, help, and support. Personality wise I am easy to get along with, which in return it shows positively in the field. I had taken the initiative to improve my physical frame, elasticity, and flexibility, by working out at the gym, practicing and mastering new moves, showing up early and staying later in practices and games. Having a positive and willing attitude has gotten me a long way and will continue to have this mindset for years to come. My plan is to earn a degree in engineering, I am aware that academically it will be somewhat challenging, but up to this point in my life I have not back down when it come to improving and motivating myself no matter how much of a struggle it may seem.
