My name is Ashagre Frederick Mehrtens I am a senior in high school, I have played varsity soccer since I was a freshman, my team has recently just won our 5A division league sadly we lost in the semi finals but we made a good run and made history for our school being the first time our school has won the league. I started as a holding forward for my team and contributed to our wins. I play as a holding forward and I also can play outside back right now I'm not playing for my club team anymore but when I did our team placed First In premier for the Northern California League. I live in Reno Nevada and go to Damonte Ranch High School my weighted GPA is a 3.255 and I want to pursue a major In Agricultural Engineering. I was born in the Kembata Region of Ethiopia, my mom was only 13 when she had me, my father was absent when I was born and she couldn't take care of me so I was put up for adoption at the age of three soon after that I was adopted by a wonderful family from New Hampshire, I've played soccer since I was 6 years old and I dream of playing professionally someday.
