I have been playing competitive soccer since the age of 6 (at which time I was playing with 8 year-olds). I make friends quite easily and bond with new teammates quickly. My dream has always been to play varsity soccer at a U.S. university, contributing to the team's success, while getting a great education, and I would be thrilled to get a scholarship offer from a U.S. college.
In soccer terms, I'm an elite playmaker with a good nose for goal and a superior level shot. I also excel in taking set pieces and scoring from challenging angles. Lastly, I work hard at the defensive part of the game, especially ball recovery. On the personality side, I bring a positive attitude to the game, always encouraging my teammates, and am very coachable.
Since September 2024, I have been attending school at and playing soccer for Kimball Union Academy(New Hampshire), fresh off a Class B NEPSAC Championship win. My addition to the KUA program has Head Coach Charles Muhlauri thrilled. Coach Muhlauri anticipates that I'll make an immediate impact, aiding in the team’s championship pursuit. With a need for an attacking player adept at scoring, Coach Muhlauri believes I am the perfect fit. Additionally, my creativity in the box is expected to contribute right away. Despite interest from other schools, Kimball Union Academy emerged as the ideal choice for me.
I had a great season, led my team with 10 assists and was third best scorer with 3 goals, making the NEPSAC Class B playoffs. I started every single game and played the full 90 minutes.
I also have had my share of experience in international tournaments. In 2017, I played in the prestigious Mundialito tournament in Barcelona, Spain, representing the Canadian team against top-level teams and academies from around the world, and scoring 2 goals in the first game. In 2018, I went back to Spain and played in the Mundialito tournament again, this time with a different team. Our team made it to the finals and I scored 2 goals in the quarter finals, 2 in the semis and 1 in the finals (it went straight to penalties). I was MVP of the tournament and was named Man of the Match in 3 straight playoff matches. I also played for a Canadian All-star team in the Algarve Cup in Portugal in 2019.
In conclusion, I think that I would be a really good fit with most U.S. college soccer programs and schools, because of the qualities I listed above and I look forward to seeing where my soccer journey will lead me.
