What makes a good athlete? We all know a good athlete works hard and gives more than 110% effort on and off the field. A good athlete is someone you can look up to as a leader. A good athlete never gives up. But what about the other qualities. Does the athlete give it all in school? Is he/she a responsible person? Do they help in the community? All these traits are what build ones personal image when it comes to this process, including mine. Currently attending Middlesex High School, in which I graduate in 2022, I strive to give it all during and after class. People refer to me as a good kid with a good heart, but that doesn't necessarily mean I can't be an animal on the pitch. Playing Attacking Midfielder and Winger, I had the most assists on Varsity during the 2018/2019 season, as a freshman, and with my new club team, I know for sure that I will give it all every game and practice. Sure everyone's dream is to become the best athlete, but mine is to be somebody that no one in my family was. That is how I will succeed in life.
