Personal Statement

My goal is to play pro soccer which I've been playing all my life since I was 5 years old, I do believe that dreams come true if you work hard. Playing soccer is very important to me, being able to have soccer for a job is all I want because it's like I don't even have a job at all to begin with. As I said, I have been playing soccer all my life and I look forward to keep doing it. For me soccer is a way to leave my footprint on earth before i'm gone, and I wanna make sure everyone can see it. I am looking to go to a collage that can get me noticed the most, but also one that I can be comfortable with athletically and academically.

I'm committing to the NCSA not only for my future but my family's too, for me family always comes first before everything no matter what. Especially my mom because she has done a lot for me ever since I was born and I wanna be able to repay her someday if that is even possible. I have been through many experiences in my life, good and bad, everyone has and that is what makes us the person we are today. I have played for many clubs in my life such as the Carolina Rapids and FC Barcelona academy, and I enjoyed it all. This was a while back but i'm gonna tell you anyways, so during one of my soccer games the goalkeeper on my team punted the ball a bit passed the halfway line and it was going to me, the ball was very high up and I had someone right on my back so I let the ball bounce over me and the defender, so than I out paced him and two other defenders to than chip the ball over the goalkeepers head into the goal. The reason it was so special was not because everyone was cheering but because it was in front of my family.

Playing soccer allows me to express my self in front of other people and my family, but that's only one of the reasons why I love to play. The main reason I play is because it's fun, the way I look at things is, why do it if you don't enjoy it. All of the coaches the are reading this, i'm gonna assume you chose the job because you enjoy it for a particular reason, it may be because you wanna just help kids succeed at whatever they are trying to do, or it may be something else I don't know. But what i'm trying to say here is that you enjoy your job for a reason just as I enjoy soccer because it's fun. I just wanna fulfill my dream and have a career in playing soccer and making my family proud, and i'm willing to work hard for my dream to come true.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
