Being the starting goalkeeper as a sophomore was a huge step in my athletic career. However my 2017 season my high school did not make the NJ State tournament for the first time in several years. This was an important moment in my athletic career realizing my capabilities and the necessary effort and leadership I needed in the years to come to re-focus my high school team. This helped me to grow not only as a player but as a person too.
My high school team was at an unfortunate reconstruction point but was an honorable and respected program to be a part of. I was blessed with the knowledge of many people in my recent high school career that helped me learn many extremely valuable things; including teamwork, determination, leadership, and the value of effort. I am searching for a school that is a good fit for me athletically and academically. I believe I have the talent and drive to play at a college level, as well as the character, determination, work ethic, and leadership to make a strong impact on your program. As a two time captain and the secretary of the Youth Council, I know that I have what it takes to not only be a member of your team but be a leader on it.
