I started playing soccer when I was four and have loved the sport ever since. I became interested in my sport after seeing Didier Drogba, Frank Lampard, And Fernando Torres play. I have gotten to experience a lot as a soccer player, playing for many different coaches, clubs, and teams. I have hopes of playing in a college environment and will continue to put in the work necessary to make this dream a reality. One thing that I think has shaped me to love the sport and be more well rounded is the amount of positions that I have played. This has helped me diversify my knowledge of the field and the skills it takes to play certain positions. I have played for large clubs, Academy teams, and the ODP West Team at left sided center back(5), left back(3), center defensive mid(6), and left wing(7). Soccer has influenced my life to make me a hard worker, an excellent student, and a team player that invites feedback. I am a very determined person that is committed to success. One struggle that I had to overcome like lots of players is not making a team and having to work even harder to become a better player to determine my own career and not give up. One thing that is Unique about me is that I am left footed, I am a member of the National Honors Society, and love to work at my job of remodeling houses. My goal for college is to be in the top of my class, get a degree in engineering, and be a successful soccer player for the school. My goals of high school is to be president of National Honors Society, maintain a 3.8-4.0+ GPA through graduation. I recently was able to achieve one of my goals which was to win a State Championship, playing every minute of the season as the center back with a great record of stops and shut outs. At the top of my list is my love for the sport of soccer and my biggest goal is to play soccer at a college level. I have had the opportunity to play in high pressure environments, in DPL, ECNL, Nationals, and large tournaments. I also have played on the ODP state, regional, and interregional teams. One of my favorite things about soccer is feeding off the pressure and the fun of the game which is one of the reasons I love playing at a high level of soccer. That is why I love this magical sport and am grateful for every minute I have gotten to play. I hope to bring my diversity, work ethic, and positive attitude to your team.
