Darien Swanson '22 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I started playing soccer I have fallen in love with the game.  I began playing at 4 years old recreational soccer.  I began playing travel soccer at age 8.  I'm from a small town with a graduating class of less than 100.  That has provided me the opportunity to play multiple sports throughout a school year.   This has formed me into a three-sport varsity athlete since I was a freshman.  Last year as a junior in High school, I earned first team all star recognition in soccer, basketball, and golf. Given the opportunity to play somewhere, I believe I could develop quickly into a more complete soccer player. I've always been a hard worker on and off the field. I have taken several college classes and regents courses while balancing a Varsity sports schedule.  I have earned high honor roll and honor roll every semester of high school. I'm also a member of the National Honor Society which I believe shows how hardworking I am to keep up in school. I believe given the chance I could be a good player for any program with the opportunity to just focus on one sport.
