Micah Wirebaugh '20 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to compete on the college level in baseball and/or soccer, while working toward a degree in secondary education.  As a team member, I have a reputation for quick reactions during play, fast running, strong endurance, and working cooperatively with my fellow teammates.  Generally, I am strong, energetic, and competitive in multiple sports.  On a personal level, I value being kind toward others.  I began volunteering in my church's toddler classroom at the age of nine.  At 13, I began working for my mother's private counseling practice where I maintained the grounds, provided landscaping services, and completed odd jobs.  In addition, I completed modeling/acting school and signed a contract with a NY modeling agency.  I was an extra in a short film by an LA producer called "Emotions."  Now, I attend Colonel Crawford High School in an agricultural community where hard work  and strong morals are valued. I am anxious to find out how I may contribute to a competitive team doing something that I really love.  I am happy by nature, and others find me fun to be around.
