Cade Horvat '21 Recruiting Profile

    I have been playing soccer my entire life and it is what I love to do. Everyday I push myself to get better. My strengths on the field include creating space, communicating,  and sacrifice.  As I make mistakes I continue to learn from them and improve.  Along with striving to be the best in soccer I strive in school as well. I am very passionate in school and am very serious about my learning.  I love history and math in school and I enjoy to be in the classroom everyday. 

    I have been blessed with many opportunities in my life playing the game I love such as playing for a club team and traveling to many states around the United States playing in showcases and tournaments. Some of the most memorable times while playing was playing our high school rival who were ranked 5th in the state and I scored the winning goal to take that team down who have only conceded 6 goals in 12 games. Another memorable time was winning the State Cup in 2017.  One last time was playing Chagrin falls who was ranked 5th in the state at the time and starting the game and scored the winner to take down our ranked rivals.

    Lastly I work hard at everything I do and strive to be the best in all categories. I am very competitive. Other great players around me only make me stronger and make work harder. On the pitch im a leader, scorer , along with many other characteristics and I believe the best is yet to come.
