I'm Joshua Odunlami, and I'm excited to express my keen interest in playing at a collegiate level. I have an undying enthusiasm for soccer, and I'm determined to succeed academically while also reaching new heights in my athletic career. My work ethic has always been unwavering, and I've shown a commitment to constant growth. Because of my perseverance, I've reached some incredible goals, such as winning team MVP in the new balance competition where my team finished second. I've had the honour of captaining my high school team, where I've had the opportunity to lead both on and off the pitch and cultivate a positive, encouraging environment where communication and teamwork flourish. I place equal value on academic achievement and have kept a high GPA because I know it enhances my performance on the field and helps me develop into a well-rounded person. Moreover, one of my main character traits is resilience. I take on obstacles head-on and I’m constantly seeking out new ones to conquer, whether it's getting better from injuries, adjusting to new playing styles, or juggling school and sports. In the end, I always come out stronger and more motivated. I prefer leaving my mark on the teams I play for, and I think my abilities and play style make me a valuable asset that can help the club succeed going forward.
