I am proof that you can have an outstanding balance between Soccer, School, and Social Life. Without the three working together, I wouldn't be as grounded or able to multitask as I do. I am thankful for my Parents and Coaches, who have stressed this work-life balance; it has made me enjoy my High School years even more. Enjoying the game like I did when I was 4 years old will make me vital to any team's drive and motivation.
My name is Conner Jennings (2025), and I am a Senior attending George School in Newtown, PA. I am a starter for my two club teams (FC COPA Academy 06/07 ECRL NJ West and FC COPA Academy USL-A) for high school, and I played and started for the EPYSA U17 ODP team. I play Outside Back/Full Back. I am 5'8 ", 150 lbs., and right-foot dominant.
I am a competitive player that will hold myself and my teammates to the highest standard. I am incredibly vocal and ensure my teammates always know where I am if they need me or if I see something that they don't. I make sure to put in the work every day on and off the field. I scored 19 goals this last year and assisted my teammates with another 22. Outside of practice, I run, work, and attend personal training/skill sessions to keep myself and my performance crisp. I am coachable and approachable. I am a technical player who uses speed, confidence, and my soccer IQ to my advantage.
I enjoy studying math and world studies in school and advocating for important social causes. My non-weighted GPA is 3.74 (4.03 weighted). I was nominated by 7 of my instructors to be placed on the Head of School list each year for my entire High School academic career, where I also made the Honor Roll for all Semesters. I am still deciding what I'd like to major in college, whether in business/finance/communications or medicine. Outside of school, I spend time with my family and friends, listen to music, attend concerts, and keep myself busy as a Soccer Trainer at MaxFutbol and as a certified EPSARC referee.
