Starting at the age of four, I learned how to kick a soccer ball. At this point, I played because it was something fun to do. Around the age of twelve, I began to develop a serious passion for the game. Nothing else intrigued me as much as this sport did. I wanted to do everything I could to become the best player. There is no other sport that I think would have taught me to be as patient, humble, over achieving, and obedient as soccer has. Not only do I give my 100% effort in soccer, but I also do as much as I can as a student. I want to end my senior year with a GPA of 3.5 or higher and take at least three WH or AP classes. As a college student, I want to maintain grades of at least a B, create a balanced schedule for soccer and studying, and become a sports therapist.
Throughout my career as a soccer player, I have overcome a good amount of obstacles. As I grew, I became more injury prone. I was constantly getting injured and was always sitting out. To fix this problem, I started to take strengthening seriously. I began to put in even more work to become a better soccer player, and in the end, my passion grew even more as I saw myself on the field much more often. Throughout the many years that I have been playing, I realized that I have my own set of characteristics and skills. Some of them are being very passionate, determined, persistent, and outgoing. Even though I have been playing for a while, I believe that this is the start of my journey, and I am ready for any obstacle that will fall in my path
