Peyton Link '20 Recruiting Profile

My goals, both on and off the field, are the same, to strive for excellence and success while developing as a person and a player.

On the pitch I am a player with vision, who can see the whole field and understand what needs to be done and help make it happen.  When it comes to direct skills, my passing abilities and ability to set up teammates are strong attributes, as well as my first touch and vision.  I am a defensive minded player which strong shut down and prevention capabilities to go along with the ability to attack and push the ball to the front with speed and technical skill.  My high school coach likes to call me the team quaterback.

In the past few years i have not only been recognized as a player with ability, but also for personal character.  In addition to a team MVP award and 2nd team league award, i have also received leadership and Christian character awards for being part of our high school team "brotherhood" mindset.  "Team over self" is one of the many things our coaches have taught, and our brotherhood is unlike any team that i have played for.  We act as a team and support each other on and off the field.  I will carry this along with me in every aspect of life.

Academically, i would like to study Biology and science with the goal of pursuing a career in the medical field.
