Timothy Bonnell '23 Recruiting Profile

I am currently in 12th grade, attending Burrillville High School in Rhode Island. I play attacking midfield for my high school team, as well as my 2004/2005 Rhode Island Surf team. One thing that makes me a good candidate is how versatile I can be on the field. Not only can I play my primary position, but I am also used as a striker and fullback for my teams. I have very good decision-making on the field, along with extremely good vision, which helped me provide 8 assists this year in my high school season and score 5 goals. No matter who I am playing for, I make an impact on the field, whether I am involved in the play or just bolstering my team's morale. I always ensure that my teammates have a positive attitude, seeing as this builds a successful team. I push my teams to try their hardest to win since I am always doing the same. 

I follow the same philosophy in academics and plan to continue that through college. I have received many high honor accolades, while taking a rigorous course load, including many Advanced Placement courses. I hope to find a college that will challenge me academically and in soccer, fit my personality, and provide me with the best resources to further my career.
