My goals in college are to play Division I or III soccer in a vigorous athletic environment and also be challenged academically and prepared for my future career aspirations within STEM, business, or medical. I play for South Carolina United 08 Boys ECNL and start at the center back position, but I also play midfield and right back when my coach wants me to play there as the team comes first. Center back and midfield roles are where I can contribute to my team the most. I control the tempo of the game and speed of play, win aerial duels, pass the ball and drive out of the back effectively, and also get stuck into tackles when needed. I am a leader, and I like to play with my teammates during games and tell them to do things more effectively. I also applaud them whenever they play well. This year I am a Junior at Spring Valley High School and aspire to be a leader on Varsity and a top 1% student. I also get involved in clubs that I enjoy, as I was recently elected as International Club president and one of officers for National Honor Society, and I will play major leadership roles over my coming years in high school. I aim to play Division One soccer in a college with a highly reputable academic program and also serve the community with passion and leadership.
