Luke Williams '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Luke Williams and I am a senior at Rapid City Christian School in Rapid City South Dakota, and I play club soccer for the Black Hills Rapids . I'm very active in my school and church.  I am a student leader in my youth group, and am active in other areas as well.  I also play piano, and have for 8 years. 

When it comes to academics, I strive for outstanding grades and always do my best.  I maintain a 3.5-4.0 GPA consistently, and have made honor role since 6th grade.  

On and off the field I am a team player and always have a high level of intensity and energy.  I tend to take the role of the leader on the team when it comes to encouragement and heightening morale.  The last two season I have been named captain for my high school team.  I'm a physical and fast player, and my strong points include, but are not limited to, passing, shooting, crossing, and defending when needed.  I can win a ball out of the air, and can play goalkeeper as well.

My desire is to attend a Christian university and have the opportunity to play soccer.  I am interested in studying Business and/or Sports Management.
