I am seeking an opportunity to continue my passion for excellence in both soccer and academics in college. Academically, I would like a college where I could pursue my dream of becoming a neurologist or cardiologist, with small class sizes, strong science department, and engaged faculty, would be best. As a 7th grader, I tested into the Duke TIP program based on my practice SAT scores. In soccer, a college which embraces a team spirit and allows for me to play with passion while supporting my teammates is ideal. I am competitive both on and off the field and supportive of both my teammates and classmates. I want to be the light within the college environment and give back to the community I become a part of.
For my club team, FC Westlake, I have played center back and enjoy the position. I like using my physicality to stop opposing offenses and distribute the ball to counter attack. As a sophmore this year at Lake Travis High School I am playing CB for the JV-A team and I am the team captain. I also play for varsity, I just want to play and contribute where I am needed. I am looking forward to continuing my development as a student athlete.
