Adam Brasher '22 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer as long as I can remember.  I have played competitive club soccer in leagues in Houston since I was 8 and play for Dynamo Youth Soccer Club.  I am a four year starter on Varsity at Kelly Catholic High School and our team won the 6A Division 1 State Title in 2020.  I was the starting center forward  and was selected first team all state.  I have a good first touch and assist as many goals as I score.  I think my strengths are that I bring others into the game and am a clinical finisher.  Most coaches compliment me on my range of passing and vision as well as my off the ball movement.  I am also a very physical player and am accustomed to being man-marked. 

I have only played center forward for one season and in the prior seasons I played as a holding midfielder or center back or left back.  I am left footed and enjoy defending.    I play the 6 or 8 and at center back I think I would be a ball playing center back.   I feel a strength I have is game intelligence and reading the game.  I love to tackle - whether I play at the front, in the middle, or at the back.  I compete and hate to lose.
