My name is Thomas McGowan and my goal is to play college soccer. I am a good candidate for any college team because I am a leader on and off the field and I have a winners mentality. I show great character and athletic ability. I also demonstrate good discipline and I am good academically. I have played soccer since I was 8 years old and have had a passion ever since. I am a 2025 graduate at St. Pius X High School in Houston, Texas. I play club soccer at Houston FC for their USL Academy team under Coach Bruce Talbot. Here is a brief overview and club background:
-Houston FC USL Academy (U20) and UPSL (U23)
-South Texas ODP 2006 Team
-3-year varsity starter (3x All-District, 2x All-State)
I am a traditional hold up 9 that also has the ability to get in behind and unlock defenses. I am a natural born goalscorer however I will always provide an assist to my teammate when necessary. I have great size, strength, and top speed.
