My aspiration at the collegiate level is to concentrate on getting the best education possible, and becoming a successful individual upon graduation, while continuing to play soccer.
My determination and drive will shine through with my studies and soccer. When you set out to achieve a goal, there is only one way to approach it – all in! You will find that I am goal oriented and have an attitude of “win or go home”. I have been told by my teachers and several soccer coaches that I am a born leader. I feel that I have been successful as a person and team captain in both club and high school because of my thinking that “we all win or lose together”. Motivation and dedication is the key in both academics and sports. Early on, my parents instilled in me that hard work pays off and if you commit to something you must see it through, not all things are going to be easy, however you will learn a lesson in everything you do and any decision you make, on or off the field and that respect is earned. I have found this to be true.
I want to be the type of person that leaves a mark. By doing so, I strive to be the best person I can be on and off the field and hope that my legacy is that I am thought of as a decent and respected person.
