Soccer is more than just a game for me, it’s a lifestyle. It’s a way of expressing who I am through my passion for the beautiful game. Since I was young, my family would always say that I “live, eat, and breathe soccer”. I take pride in that statement and the fact that soccer has played such an important role in my life. I believe that knowledge is universal and everything I learn can translate into every aspect of my life. I credit my success, both on and off the pitch, to that very belief. The great Pele once said “Practice is everything.”. I strive to do the best of my ability in all respects and this quote exemplifies my belief of bettering myself through hard work.
