Hi, my name is Nicholas Carrillo I am a senior at West Potomac Highschool. First of all, I wanted to say I am a Strong Christian I believe In the Son of God. It is something I wanted to say first because I want to put God first in everything I do. College means a lot to me. I dream of being successful and giving back to my mom who really put everything into helping me get to where I am today she is my number one fan. Ever since I was little I always loved to play soccer and mostly enjoy and have fun competing at the highest level I can possibly play. I have a passion for this sport and it is a goal of mine to play at not just any college but a college where I can improve as a soccer player, become a better Christian and person for God and other people around me, and where I can study for my future career while enjoying playing at the college level. Academically I always give my best in all my classes no matter how difficult the class is or how much I dislike the subject I still try my best to learn the best way I can. I am a player who takes my skills in the classroom and shows them out on the field playing which is being very optimistic and also never giving up no matter how hard things get or how difficult the situation is. I am a very versatile player. I was utilized in any position my coaches needed me to play. I am the type of player that wants to work hard and always put the team first above anything else and bring a strong positive and optimistic mentality to the team. I hope to bring my club soccer and high school soccer experience and show them at the college level. I would like to thank any coaches out there for taking the time out of their day to read my personal statement. God bless you and most importantly God loves you!!!!!
