My life has been shaped by soccer since I was 7 years old. All the tournaments, tough losses, and memorable wins made me the player I am today. Arguably my most memorable moments came on the CCL United trip I attended. CCL United was a trip organized by the league I played for at the time, Club Champions League, where they selected the best players from the league and created a team with those players to go overseas. Unfortunately COVID forced the trip to remain domestic. We went to the Target Cup in Minnesota. We had a rough first tournament where we were still getting to understand each others playing style and in the second tournament we played much better making the final, and along the way I picked up three goals and two assists. Unfortunately, we did not win the finals, after 10 games in 9 days the entire team was exhausted. At the time I was somewhat mad with the result but looking back on it now I cherish it because I created many friendships which are still intact today and I created irreplaceable memories that can only be made through soccer and that is why I want to continue my soccer career in college.
