My goal is to play soccer in college while also pursuing a high level of academics. I highly prioritize my academics, as I have received an unweighted 4.0 GPA in every semester since 6th grade. While doing this, I have also been in the gifted program since 2nd grade (learning a grade up in classes and honors).
I pride myself in being the most hardworking player on the field. What differentiates me from so many other players are my strengths such as my vision, ability to play good balls to break the defensive line, speed, and dribbling skills which helps my team to create many goal scoring opportunities to win. I am open to criticism to improve and will be willing to do anything for my team to succeed.
When I first joined Eastside FC four years ago, I made the highest team. I was by far the worst player on the team and was the only one sitting on the bench every game. I was moved down the next year and spent three years working hard to improve and eventually it paid off and I was the only one to move up to the ECNL. In that year I won 2nd team all conference for 2006 ECNL players in Washington, worked up to become the starting attacking midfielder, corner kick, and freekick taker for my team. This demonstrates the work I am willing to put in and trusting the process with patience to become the best version of myself.
