Isaiah Zabel '27 Recruiting Profile

I am a dedicated and hardworking athlete. I work well with teammates and am open to advice from others. I've watched soccer with my dad for as long as I can remember and I started playing when I was 4. I've played select soccer for the past 7 years, and took a big step up to premier this year with Seattle United. I attend a small Christian High School (Shoreline Christian School) that doesn't have a soccer team, so I can play for the local public HS (Edmonds-Woodway). This year I was one of only 5 freshmen to make the boys soccer program. I got to play half of each JV game in goal and recorded 8 shutouts. I am dedicated to working hard and fighting for the starting varsity goalie role next year.

I also love basketball, outdoor activities like hiking and camping, and I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I am actively involved in my church, both attending and serving. I play drums on the worship team and help on the greeting team.
