It has always been an interest of mine to play soccer at the next level. Since starting at the age of 6, I have always wanted to get to the next level. From youth to middle school, to high school starter as a freshman, and now that next level for me is college soccer. I am a good candidate for your team because I bring a strong sense of leadership and work ethic to the team, and that is something that a lot of people struggle to bring. I lead by example, by putting in the work before and after practices, games, and even off the field as well. I show up early to practice to work on things myself that I can improve on, and also stay after practice whenever I can. Off the field I lead by example as well, I treat others well, and make sure that everyone feels a part of something, while also keeping my grades up. I started taking dual-credit courses as a sophomore. I consistently maintain a 4.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. I took the PSAT and scored in the 92nd percentile for all high-schoolers across the country. I also took the ACT as a sophomore and scored 27, with plans to retake again. I am also involved in almost all of the honor societies I am able to. I believe that I stand out from the rest of the candidates that you'll see because of my work ethic, leadership, and passion for the sport, as well as the amount of diversity that I can have on the field. While I play my best game as a center midfielder, I have also been put on RW, CB, and ST, I play wherever my team needs me to have our best odds at playing our best game, I am not stuck to one position. I lead my team on and off the field, by example. I am also an Eagle Scout. I hope to go to an athletically and academically strong school, where I want to major in Medicine and Biology.
