I know I want to play soccer in college because I love the sport too much to just let it go and be done after high school. For the past ten years, I have always enjoyed playing both school and club soccer, as well as watching others play the game. A couple of my character traits that I have learned from soccer are the ability to push through challenges and the importance of developing a good team by including people. I want to play soccer in college for a team that will work hard and do their best together. A couple of my strongest soccer skills are my ball control and handing along with my field presence. I also want to play for a team where my skills fit the best.
Academically, my goals are to graduate from high school with a 3.25 GPA or higher, and study criminal justice in college. It is important to me to find a college that can fit both my athletic interests and academic goals. I believe I have the abilities and drive to succeed in college in both the sport I love and the academic program I am interested in pursuing in the years ahead.
