I have been swimming for the past seven years. During that time I have learned the value of team work and taking the feedback from my coaches in order to improve my skills. Through swimming I have found something that I am passionate about and want to continue in my college years. I am always striving to improve my strokes and my times. If a race doesn't go my way, I learn from it and take that feedback into my next race.
Academics are extremely important to me, as a student athlete I know my first focus is always school. I enjoy learning about History and Broadcasting. I have developed a love for Sports Broadcasting and Music Production and plan to pursue them in college.
I have learned to balance academics and swimming, always striving to improve in both areas.
