My name is Gavin Hansen but my teammates call me G-baby. I attended and swam varsity swim for Coolidge High school for three seasons 2017-2018, 2018-2019, and 2019-2020. For my senior season 2020-2021 I had to transfer to Florence High School because of COVID-19 and due to the fact that Coolidge didn’t have a pool at the time. My goal for my senior year is to make it to state again and also drop time in all of my events especially the 200 IM which I’m hoping to get down to two minutes or under. It’s been a dream of mine to compete at the highest level swim in college and also with that I also challenged my self in the class room to keep a 4.0 so that I can also get the highest level of education I can get. I’m devoted, I push myself, good teammate, and I never give up. I think I will be a great asset to a college/ University swim team.
