I plan to serve a two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I have always known that I would swim in college and that was about all I had planned for myself. I take things on as they come. I am an amazing leader and am excellent at including people in everything. There is never a dull moment with me. I always do my best while being around others, as being an older brother of four siblings I have to be a good example for them. Including people and interacting with others is my specialty. I am exceptionally good at communication with friends and teammates as well. I like to serve those who cannot serve themselves.

- ActivitiesI started my own business of power washing trash bins, which provided me enough money to pay for my summer swim camp at Brigham Young University. Over the past several years, I've participated in The Boy Scouts of America as the Senior Patrol Leader of my local troop, diving into the role of servant leader for other scouts. As part of my time in Boy Scouts, I've provided service to those less fortunate by going to Feed My Starving Children to pack food for children in third world countries. I have become a proficient piano player after seven years of hard practice. I volunteer daily to play for my religious course at school. I enjoy cooking with family of seven and have perfected the art of buttermilk syrup for pancakes. My brother and I worked together to provide summer Lego building camps for younger kids in the community to earn extra money and give me extra opportunities to teach.
