My goals on joining a collage team is to work hard on swim, my studies, and be a leader. What makes me a good candidate, is that I have been swimming competitively for 10 years, and my experience can be useful in competitions. What makes be different from other recruits is that being the former captain, I was able to teach underclassmen on how to build there speed and technique.
