I have been swimming competitively since I was eleven years old. My passion for the sport since then has grown immensely, and I would love the opportunity to continue swimming at the collegiate level. Swimming in college is a unique experience that would make my college experience even more incredible.
In the pool, I constantly focus on little details to strengthen my technique. My desire to grow and improve as a swimmer keeps me determined to push myself and give my best effort at every practice. Also, I strive to become a better leader on my team by encouraging fellow teammates and being a positive influence to those around me. In the classroom, I love to learn; I participate regularly and maintain high grades. I would love to study and compete at a university that challenges me to continue pursuing excellence in and out of the pool. I would be a great addition to a collegiate team because I am passionate about becoming stronger, faster and better every day, and motivate those around me to do the same.
