I am a conscientious, hardworking student athlete who strives to deliver my best in school and in the pool. I have been swimming competitively since I was eight years old and excel in butterfly and backstroke. I swim on the varsity team at Suffield High School and have qualified for the Connecticut State competition the past three years. I am a role model and leader on the team- I assist team mates with strokes, turns and starts. I am very disciplined and push hard during practice, raising the bar for other swimmers. I listen well and am open to feedback. I plan to swim USAA competitions this spring. I believe that I will peak in college and deliver my best performances.
I am in multiple honors classes and have a 4.94 weighted GPA average. I believe that I'm well prepared for college as I am well organized, have strong study skills and am accustomed to a rigorous academic schedule. I am interested in pursuing a career in business and am looking for a college that offers a strong business curriculum and challenging swimming experience.
I am interested in colleges/universities primarily in the Northeast region. I look forward to meeting you and learning more about your college and swim program.
