I have high goals in college to find my dream career where I go to work feeling more like an adventure and less like a job.
I feel I am a good candidate for a college swim team because I am a team player and team leader. I have my favorite events but if the team needs me to swim something outside my favorites, I am fine with swimming either events if it helps my team with points.
I am different than other swimmers because I have experience that makes the pressure more of a motivation than a set back. I have swam from local dual YMCA meets all the way up to state championships in high school and then going to YMCA nationals. I am a swimmer who can swim different events and can be juggled around in a relay because my favorite strokes are backstroke, freestyle, and butterfly. I support other swimmers with help in the water and also cheer for them when I am on deck.
