Emery Reszka '22 Recruiting Profile

 My goal both in and out of the pool has always been to be a great classmate and teammate.  My high school is one of the top academic public schools in Florida offering a great IB program. I have pushed my self to be successful both in and out of the pool taking several advanced classes while also training 20+ hours each week in the pool.  I believe in hard work and know that it is important to also prepare myself for the future. In addition to school and swim I work as a lifeguard at our team pool on the weekends.  

 As a swimmer for the last 8 years I have always been on relays both in high school and club swimming. I know that my leadership on and off the deck, mentors and motivates others to succeed. I enjoy cheering on my teammates and love the single but team approach to swimming. As a team member at several championship meets, I always strive to score points for the team as well as challenge my teammates in the water. As a college swimmer I am looking forward to the built in family as I start my college years and the team environment that only swimmers can understand.
